With Bill2 you can set a program's Priority (to Above Normal, High, etc.) and Bill2 will remember every time you start that software to assign that Priority.
This can be useful for CPU-intensive programs such as games and video-editing software.
You can also set something like Google Chrome to Below Normal so it's not sucking your system resources constantly.
The point being you can't do this in other versions of Process Explorer. You have to do it manually each time you run the program.
I still prefer Process Explorer. It shows mini graphs, has an option to find the process related to each window, highlights different types of processes (.NET, packed images, services) and gives more information about each one (such as a description, private bytes and a working set).
